There exists a software named MPH leis. It is provided with auto aim(only head shots), can see through walls.

Usage:
First of all, run the game as usual. I mean, just open your CS game and don't join anything like new game or find servers.
Next, minimise the game and double click on MPHLeis.exe twice. (Twice to ensure that it started properly).
Now, join in any server and happy killing :)
Troubleshooting: Sometimes, the game may not open again after clicking MPHLeis.exe. I mean to say you will get something like game is not responding. Don't worry! Just close the game and try the above process once again.... Sometimes, the same might happen(not responding). Well, in my case the next day it will work again.
