YouTube Feather_beta: Most of the world doesn't know that there exists youtube feather beta mode, where you can buffer videos faster... To do that, just click here and click "Join the feather beta". Congrats, you are now in the feather mode and videos will buffer faster considerably.
SpeedBit Video Accelerator: Here is a great tool that speeds up buffering process there by making the videos buffer faster. You can download it from here. It can't buffer HD videos i.e. they are only available to the purchased users (I guess nobody will buy though..!).
Believe me, this tool works great. It doesn't mean that it can buffer very fast, but you can see a considerable change before using this tool and after using this tool.
